After I moved my screen back a little on my p150hm yesterday, the screen became a slight tinge of pink and the picture quality is definitely worse. The only thing that makes it temporarily go back to normal is pushing down slightly on the bottom right hinge of the screen. Does anyone have a clue of what might be going on?

Sounds to me like there is a connector not making good contact, and depending on the hinge position it is or is not making full contact. If you are comfortable you can open it up and ensure the ribbon cable is fully connected - otherwise contact your vendor.

I've checked the service manual but it doesn't say anything about how to open it up. There are no screws on it either, so I'm hoping someone has changed screens before and could tell me (cause it doesn't seem like a big enough issue to send it back for : / )

It's possible the cable to the monitor is loose, but it's a bit involved to get to. The screws are located underneath the small rubber squares on the front of the display. You have to remove those to get the plastic screen bezel off (it's clipped together, so be careful with the clips). Removing the screen is a bit complicated though, and you need to be careful so you don't damage any of the small cables.

Fixed it! Had to open the front cover but it was because a wire had gotten stuck on a hinge and was getting compressed.
