Try putting a wide rubber band flat across the head of the screw and use heavy downward pressure as you try to loosen the screw. The rubber band will fill in the wallowed out head and help it grab the screw. That often works. Not always... YMMV.
These are really cheap and weak/soft screws. Buy stainless steel replacements. Also, be sure the screwdriver that you use fits tightly into the screw. If you use one that is too small and does not fill up the slot with a tight fit it makes stripping the heads even easier than with a screwdriver that fits properly.Papusan, TOAA and ElCaptainX like this. -

MXM X-bracket screws used to be M1.6x3.5. Has Clevo finally opted for a more sturdy solution?
ps.
If the rubber-band trick fails, you could order this micro-bolt extractor. Used it with good results.Papusan, Mr. Fox, TOAA and 1 other person like this. -

If a different size Philips won't grip the screw, and if a flat head screwdriver won't turn it, you can try filing a small slit using a metal file, then use a flat head to fill the slit.

Yes. They are not stainless steel, but they should work fine. Nice assortment. The price is right and I am Prime member, so I snagged one for myself.
Can't hate that. Catch me outside, how 'bout dat?

@Mr. Fox I have problem when my CPU run under heavyload (playing black desert) it thottle down to 3.5GHz not 4.0GHz
-
What do you have set for power limits (PL1/PL2)? If you are running it stock, does it do it using BIOS defaults?
-
No iam using Prema BIOS and all power limit i set it to 200,000 and my CPU using is i5 6600K
-
Reset BIOS defaults and see if it improves. If it does, try undervolting only without changing power limits from stock. If it still does it, use ThrottleStop and see if that helps. If it does not help, see if the Limit Reasons tool in ThrottleStop shows any yellow or red errors at the time the throttling begins.

okay let me try
-
What you mean it improves? All core keep 3.6GHz under heavyload right?
-
Humh i just reset my BIOS and checked sometime it drop to 3.49GHz
And just undervolting without changing Pl from stock then going to test -
Here when i doing TS Bench without changing PL from stock then undervolting -50mV
-
Yes, by improves I mean no longer throttles. Holds stock turbo clocks 24/7 under load.I cannot see the image you posted.ElCaptainX likes this.
-
Humh i think i have problem because i see in hwmonitor my core still drop random 3.49GHz, and in throttlestop about limit reason it said PL 1 at core tab.

PL1 might be too low. You can set it higher. See if that changes the behavior for better or worse. Open the TPL window in ThrottleStop. You can change it there for all of the power limits. If that works, you can set the same value in the BIOS.
-
What value i should for change in TPL window?
-
Set the top two power limits to like 100 and leave defaults on the bottom two and see if the behavior is the same, better or worse. Be sure ThrottleStop is turned on (red icon instead of green).

So i should change Package Power Limits right? @Mr. Fox
-
Yes. Make note of what they are now and see if increasing them helps. You can also play with the slider to see if moving it left or right helps or hurts, or makes no difference.ElCaptainX likes this.
-
How much value for when start to change @Mr.Fox?
-
As much or as little as you wish. You cannot cause any harm with them, so play around with higher and lower numbers. If nothing changes no matter what values you choose to apply, the issue must be caused by something else.Papusan likes this.

Changed many but it still drop the clock speed

Maybe if I can find some time this weekend we can hook up with TeamViewer and see if I can figure out why. I have a lot going on, but if it works out I will reach out to you and see if you have time.
