Quick question. I put a my secondary hard drive in the optical bay. It shows up in the device manager, but when I open My Computer, it only shows the SSD primary drive. Anyone know how I can fix this?

If it was a brand new drive, as Johnnyman said- it needs to be formatted. Only if you bought it used or pulled it from another machine would it show up by default. Once you format it and assign it a drive letter, you'll be all set and it should show up in My Computer.
