    Hi all,

I bought Notebook from bullman.de, ordered Intel SSD 540 240Gb, asked to split it in C:60Gb / and the rest D:
The notebook came with ST500LM000-1EJ162 ATA 500Gb... I googled and it appears to be Seagate Hybrid SSHD? All 500Gb on C: drive, on one partition...

Am I being ripped here? I don't even need 500Gb why would they do that? It's written on my invoice Intel SSD 540...

Sounds like they got your order wrong, contact them and get them to sort it for you.

I contacted and will send it back.
I presume it is slower than Intel and consumes more electricity and is cheaper?

That'd be a hybrid HDD and is much slower than a pure SSD.

Yes, a 240GB SSD would be a much better choice so it was not a valid swap on their part but was probably just a clerical error.
