I just sent the laptop to PCMW today and demanded that they replace my laptop with a brand new one. This is to compensate for all the problems I've been experiencing since day 1 of receiving my EDGE laptop.
Do you think they will right away replace it with a new laptop or they will just repair it?
Anybody who encountered the same issue?

I don't think you've had enough problems for them to eat the cost of giving you a brand new notebook. I do hope your repairs go well.

Yah, Gangstaone really hates PCMW, lol. I hope they do bring back my laptop as a new one though.

they will repair it since I got more than enough freebies with them and they are not hard to talk with. my only problem with them is that they are not honest sometimes when they reason out.

i dont remember the name but one guy said a week ago that he send his laptop to pcmw for repair and a few months they still dont answer him and dont send his laptop

that's because email wouldn't be a good way to communicate with them. it's supposed to be through their hotline.
