I was considering going "back" to XP (i'd have to buy) and remembered I have however a copy of Server 2003 - which is Windows NT 5.2 (XP is Windows NT 5.1) but was wondering, with sp3 did XP get a higher NT version?
Should I spend some $?

You can do almost everything with Server and I heard it can use 4GB too.For games there is an application to switch to XP.

I would check through the posts in the Windows OS and Software forum, but I don't believe that XPSP3 pushed XP ahead of Server03 - SP3 more or less added some low-end _Vista functionality to XP. There are members in the abovementioned forum who run on Server2003, so you might see if they've posted anything relevant, or even pm them for their thoughts.

If you already have Server 2003, then id personally use it instead of spending money on XP. I mean you can at least give it a try? Just dont activate until your sure everything works well enough for you.
