Don't see any options in BIOS for direct fan control or presets much less designing a fan curve

i've tried speedfan under winxp and fancontrol under linux (ubuntu 11.04), but to no avail. i can't even get a fan speed reading, let alone control it. not sure if the hardware capability is there or not.

Same, any updates? Also, any plans of a BIOS that will allow us to disable HT?
