All started when I decided to upgrade my current laptop (a P170SM) to extend its life a little longer. Since then I receive a BSOD at least once every two weeks in the best scenario. I upgraded my laptop with the following components:
Intel i7 4700QM -> 4940MX
Nvidia 770M GTX -> Nvidia1070 GTX
Since I bought my GPU from Eurocom (I bought the CPU from ebay), they provided me the BIOS and EC upgrades necessary to make the hardware compatible. Also they provided me with a modified driver but since I need to stay up with the newest Nvidia driver versions I´ve been downloading them from prema´s official site:

Normally, everything works fine until the BSOD occurs, often when I'm only browsing the web, not even using the dedicated GPU.
I´ve run WhoCrashed to catch the latest crashes my laptop has suffered. I suspect that this problem is triggered due the optimus Nvidia system. Is there any known fix to an issue like this?

As for the syntp, its a known issue for the old laptops!

Add to registry and reboot and the syntp BSOD should be gone for good!
(you might need to do this every time you install windows or a big update is released)
the nvidia BSOD usually is due to high temps. Check CPU and GPU temperatures.. on idle and full loadmafuba likes this. -

Unpack. Right click the Batch-File and run with Admin rights.
