LOL, who did you talk to? There based in Nebraska or something. They sound very American to me.

Nobody signed the emails; it ends with "thanks" followed by the xotic email signature. And one time, a rep emailed me asking about an issue that was resolved a week earlier by another rep. I also had to confirm a changed shipping address multiple times because they don't update the website's "my account" info and one rep did not see the note of changes written by another rep. I had 1 email with multiple questions and they answered only the 1st one. It's just too bad about the wait times. I hope they don't rush or cut corners for those who are still waiting. You all deserve a rebate for the wait. I already lost 1 month of interest from my bank and I didn't want to put up with another month.

I would try to hold out as long as you can. The NP2090 is worth it over anything you will find at a store. It seems other companies such as Dell are having trouble getting shipments out on time. XoticPC did my order and everything was fine. They can't make the laptop for you, they can only ship what they get. You could even have UPS redirect the shipment.

You waited this long, why not a few more days.

Bank interest is not a good excuse - if you are losing that much money in a month over ~$1500 then I want to switch to your bank.

Yes, there's a poll with a 7 page discussion on compensation. See

Lol, let's just say I could've had another GB of ram for free if I waited 2 months like I needed to. Not that you can put a price on not having to drive to the lab/library for the 1st month of school.
