I bought a sager NP5793 a few months ago and just realized I should have payed extra and gotten a tv-tuner as well. Does anyone know if I can just buy one online or from sager and put it in myself? Or is it risky/expensive/etc.?
    Thanks

You can purchase them from Sager or any Sager reseller. You can install it yourself.

Thanks. I'm new to sager and this forum, but do you know of any good sites that may sell them cheaper than straight off the sager site?

I wouldn't say the quality is very very good. And get one compatible to your system. Some of them only works with vista and some for xp.Plus MCE is something to consider too,if you like it.

I don't know about that - Sager seems to have an unstated policy of not undercutting its own resellers (go figure :D ), so you may find it just as cheap, or cheaper, at one of the Sager resellers.
