If there are any Sager/ Clevo reps out there- will we ever see a slimish notebook with a GTX1050(ti) with a Thunderbolt 3 port?

I really want something that won't break my back and while not a gaming beast, can be futureproof through eGPUs.None of the slim 25mm notebooks released with the 1050 and 1050ti have a thunderbolt 3 port which is dissapointing- can we expect this to change by March?

There will be a slim 13" KabyLake with TB3, but without dGPU.

The TB3 chip is not free sadly and when including it you could end up with a 1050 series being compared to a 1060.

The chip costs almost nothing. That's why every P600 has it and uses it as a dumb USB 3.1 controller.

The licensing and certification is where it all falls over (and possibly effort required to fully implement the controller).

Best bet is either the Dell XPS15 (1050) or MSI GS63-7RE (1050Ti) as they're both on the skinny side with TB3. They're significantly more expensive than Clevo's N series stuff though.
