What kind of speeds are you getting? Did you have Windows 7 on there previously and got better speeds then?

Have you reinstalled the drivers, did that help any?

Downloading & Installing the proper drivers for your Killer Networks card should fix the issue.

In killer software driver (Bigfoot Networks Killer network manager) in network try to higher download and upload speed in internet provider speed, that solve my problems, i was just having 10mb with that fix I can get 85mb in my 100mb internet.

I hope this help, if not the problem is the driver try update from Killer website.

Windows 8 is the first and only OS I use on my Clevo laptop so i cannot say anything how it would work in Windows 7.
My internet at where I use my laptop is not that fast, it is up to 7 mbps and real download speed is max at 650 kb/s or such.
I have such good speed on my wife's netbook and I had it on my DELL Studio 1747 that I already sold and both of them use Win7.

Currently on Clevo laptop my max speed on wireless was like 45 kb/s and it is unacceptable. As soon as I get back I will try uninstalling Killer drivers and reinstall them. Also, will try doing what Yoshingure said.

    Will report here.
    Thanks for replies

Great to hear, was it the drivers that fixed it or did you have to do anything else?
