I have a P150EM which is about 4 months old now.. I've just finished wiping off the screen with a microfiber cloth when I noticed that a tiny (1x1mm) grayish smudge wouldn't come off. With the LCD turned off there's no way to tell that it's there so it looks like it's not just dirt on top of the screen. It's not a frozen pixel either since there are no discrete edges and the screen renders fine except that it has this grayish spot on top of it. Unfortunately I currently cannot take any pictures since I don't have a camera with me.

It's a tiny little thing, but once you know it's there it's going to bug you forever.

Any suggestions what I could do? Is it feasible to attempt cleaning by myself? I'd send it to Malibal (where I bought it) but I live outside the US and there are no Clevo resellers anywhere.

if it really bugs you, you can try to replace the screen yourself. it cost a bit less than $100 to buy a new screen i think, maybe with shipping it would be slightly over

Is it a dimming in the back light or is the pixel actually stuck?

I actually have the same problem, it's like a dead pixel put if you put a differente color background underneath it, you can see the colors behind.
So I tried to use a good camera to take a picture of it, does it looks like this ?

It might be difficult to see, I should have done a circle to point to it, it's in the middle of the picture

I tried to mail Malibal but they didn't want to change my screen so I think I will be sticking with it haha, it's almost unnoticeable

That looks like an issue with the light spreaders behind the glass.....
