If your keyboard if it has keys not working, that is probably a bad keyboard and should be RMA'd. All my keys seem to work (I've typed more than a few things on it, this included) and just general, keys need to work that would be an unacceptable issue.

The keyboard ghosting is just something we have to put up with. MS has a pretty good article on it as well as a tester. A real good keyboard will allow for any 6 keys at the same time if it is USB (6 is the USB HID limit for whatever reason). The Sager keyboard, not so much. It ghosts on various key combos. So some combos work fine, other's don't.

The one I noticed that won't work is e space left shift. I use esdf to navigate in games, shift is for running in BF3, and space is for jumping. So I've had that not work (and MS's little tester confirms it).

Nothing to be done about the ghosting, it is just how they layed out the keyboard hardware. A mark against them though IMO since this thing is for gaming. I might look in to the idea of getting a Steelseries replacement and see how that goes. I have long used a keyboard on my desktop with no ghosting so it is hard to get used to.

However in general I will say it is a nice keyboard feel and looks wise. The keys feel extremely crisp, no flex, it types well, etc. So for a normal use keyboard it is fine. Also the backlighting is real nice. Good on the uniformity and the colour. Only issue I notice is white is a bit on the lavendar side but whatever.

Good to know! I guess the people with bad keyboards really are getting on here ASAP to report, because I've seen at least a few people already report they have bad key functionality.
