Anyone? Seems kinda mum. I'd think Clevo / Sager would be one of the first to release with the new tech. I'm itching to get one, as long as there's a decent new GPU to go along with it (HD 6870? or 5970?)

Will likely see them coming in around February. What we have seen with other manufacturers is the GPU's are staying the same with this refresh. We will soon see..

Thanks for info. So most likely GTX 460m or HD 5870 again? Sigh. The wine spill on my Sager which I thought was rectified, is rearing its head in little ways time and again. Just hope it can hold out until I get a new machine. Maybe I'll just bite the bullet and spend the $400 for the mainboard replacement and hold on to this machine for another year or so. I'd really like a SB CPU though, and a 17" with dual drive bays.

In case you missed it, it's already leaked that Dell is refreshing to Sandy Bridge and 6970M, simultaneously. It's only logical to expect Clevo to do the same thing, as they always keep pace with the latest GPUs available.

I feel your pain, as my coffee spill(s) are effecting my M860TU in similar ways. But I say, stay strong and hold out. I'm gunning for the 17" refresh as well.

It'll feel good to put that $400 toward a brand new kit. That's what I'm doing.

One of the company I spoke to in Germany said they have some test systems and the performance look promising.

I am also waiting for them.
