    So ive just been told the m260 Gtx doesnt work with old M860tu board rev.

    yep, i did find a strange thing with l4d, when i used the default settings, the defined the lowest settings possible, mind you that i didnt install l4d from scratch. Right now im installing cod4...

    Also whats the best benchmark program to test this? and whats the "normal" scores for this vga with the p9500.

    Also tried cod4 but its not getting any better......need to see this better.

    I have a P8700 2.53 Ghz and it is the bottleneck to my performance not the 9800M GTS
    So I don't think upgrading the card will help

    What processor do you have??

    p9500, but i think i will dismount it again, im not sure about the way the cpu screws stayed.....even if the temps arent any indication of problems.

    Your CPU is not as good as your card.. it's because of the CPU you cant max out the graphics because your mouse will lag

    I think upgrading the card won't improve your performance greatly

    Well, just formatted the pc, and installed win7, but for some reason directx10 wasnt installed so i installed 9c that came with the cod4....it was a bit better but still.....

    Yep, im not really getting great performance out of cod4.....
