I think the mobo and chassis are both made by Clevo themselves. A lot of the screens are made by AUO (AU Optronics).

I believe clevo itself manufactures the chasis, AUO, LG, and Samsung for certain supply LCD screens for them, it is possible others like chi mei do as well.

It depends on the models and upgrades you're looking at. Typically it's Samsung memory and Seagate stock hard drives. This is potentially different based on your reseller/builder though as they can be upgraded or changed quite easily. Obviously this doesn't apply if you choose upgraded models of RAM or HDD either.

Clevo certainly manufactures the chassis and motherboards themselves. The LCD/LED screens are made by AUO, Samsung, etc. Stock hard drives will vary on your reseller's current stock; e.g. if you had "500 GB 7200 RPM mechanical drive" in your config, well you're gonna get a drive with those specs, but the manufacturer will be random.

In order to get the exact drive you want, you should ask your reseller for the machine to ship without a hard drive, because you can then install any preferred drive(s) you have once it arrives.

The same applies for RAM. Don't like the idea of random memory going into your laptop? Ask for it to be shipped without any memory so that you can install your own kit.
