Hello, first of all let me share with u all, my problems first.

    1. Last week windows 10 got popup an update to my system, this is including the amd driver. So I have decided to run the update, here is my mistake because before this I didnt have any problem with the driver update. When the windows tried to install the update, it crash halfway. I thought my driver become corrupted as I cannot boot into the windows.

    2. So I install a new fresh windows 8 and try to install the gpu driver. After countless of fail installation, some of them crash when install, some of them crash when restart, finally I found amd driver that can be install that is version 15.7.1. However the catalyst control center cannot detect my display and no power, video, gaming and etc option shown.

    3. This morning I have decided to bake the card, cross my finger and bake it for 200c for 9 minutes. Before installing the gpu I uninstall all the amd driver, and network driver but I didnt uninstall my intel driver and use the 9.17.10.2875 version.

    4. Then I start my laptop as usual, install amd driver version 15.200.1062.1004 and then miraculously the amd ccc show all the option, detected my gpu.

Tldr version : baked my gpu and install driver version 15.200.1062.1004. and it works.
Do it at your own risk, I just share my exp so anything happen to your laptop is not under my responsibility. Comment if these method works to u too.

I'd like to point out that often times baking a GPU is only a temporary fix and you should probably think about getting a new GPU.

Yeah, literally all of the 7970M's are beginning to drop like flies from back in June 2012. Not to mention a majority of the drivers drove me up a wall with the Enduro issues early on. Granted, it's been 3.5 years but I imagined it would last longer than that with proper care... ah, oh well. I still stuck with team red though when I bought the 390 for my desktop though, things are... simpler on a desktop I suppose when form factor and battery life aren't an issue?

I think its more to driver issue in amd. Coz my gpu works flawlessly before I let windows 10 update the driver. Im pretty sure that the driver brick my gpu. Before this I always go green, lol didnt know that this card only can last 3 years only. That is below average life span of normal card.

I didn't even think that maybe Windows 10 could be bricking GPUs like it tends to brick LCDs... Interesting.
