Alright, so when I ordered my sager from Sagernotebook.com, I selected direct wire transfer as the payment method, but the company provides no information as to how this is to occur. They've also made no effort to contact me or respond to any of my inquiries, which I sent to both the general customer service and accounting email addresses. Any ideas?

Call them, talking to a person is always better.

Cancel your order and then order from XoticPC.
You'll get the information you need for the wire transfer (I did...)
AND you'll get a better deal in the long run.

    The support is excellent-----

    Just my two cents.

I have an NP9262 in Phase 2 now...I did the wire transfer yesterday early morning.

(I'm sure there are other Sager vendors that will be happy to take your order as well.)

Sager doesn't seem to be very eager to sell their product.

They didn't even include any information about canceling the order. Aha. I'll figure this out. I think. I'm not very bright when it comes to anything money related.

if you haven't paid for your order, just leave it as is, I don't know why are you concerned. at the meantime, place your order at xoticPC or powernotebooks.
it is their job to serve you, not the other way around. if their can't satisfy their customers, their don't deserve the $.

Did you, by any chance, happen to wander across this webpage? If you did, by any chance did you scroll down far enough to find these telephone/fax numbers:
listed under the heading of "Sales?"

You have to go to their website for the phone number like you do for all the other resellers :D You have to go through the website to find info about cancelling the order, its the same with xotic or pnb they dont tell you how you have to ask or look on the website.

think it'll be cheaper + better service at xoticpc or powernotebooks.. i can testify for xoticpc.. and i bet a whole bunch of users here can do the same for both xoticpc and powernotebooks. :) i ordered with sager too, then cancelled when i saw xotic's webbie :) however, a sales person did reply to my emails and questions.. haha.
