    Hey guys,
Im running my 7970m with the 13.6 beta drivers.

What are the best programs to help me monitor how much temps my cpu/gpu are putting out and what the utilization level is?

Also, I benchmarked tomb raider and it only gave me 32 fps on ultra settings at 1080p. Its very playable and gameplay is not an issue. However, I have seen benchmarks of around 45fps on notebookcheck.net. the system they used is pretty similar only I have a 3630qm while their system has a 3610qm. I was wondering if it is due to some driver performing better than mine. Is anyone able to match that benchmark on stock clocks? if yes, please can you share info on what driver you are using?

One of the best programs to monitor hardware in P170EM is HWiNFO64.

+1 for HWiNFO. It's a great program and will allow you to log what the sensors relay. It should do what you're looking for and then some.

hey thanks for the advice. I downloaded HWinfo64 and it does give me a lot of info. However, I am unable to see GPU temps. Any idea where I should be looking for those? also it does not seem to see my 7970m. I shows me the HD4000

Close the System Summary window and click on the Sensors icon in the top part of the main program window.

Try running a program that will load up your GPU before running HW monitor. If enduro shuts down the GPU, then sometimes monitoring programs fail to pick it up.

Open hardware monitor is very similar and I have had better luck with it with the same problem. You will probably need to do the same thing though. I have a 7850m though so results may vary

I like a little program called GPU tool to activate dedicated graphics so I can start monitoring programs.
