Sound blaster error

Hello. Since yesterday everytime i open SB software i get this error and can't find any solution on google. https://imgur.com/OSOUyoH
Also, i think the sound on headphones went a litle bit weird..

What is you if default audio device? Did you make any changes at all?

 

What u mean? Sorry im a completely noob. I have realtek drivers installed (6.0.1.7930) and SB and never had problems till yesterday when the sound went weird, i did not changed anything before. However, i think the sound is good now but i still get the error on SB, and when i try to uninstall SB i get another error "impossible to locate the specified module".
What can i do?

This will let you get the information requested and we can rule out another audio device being default which will disable the creative controls.

We ran into this awhile back during a transition of driver updates and updates to the SB software. Which make and model is your laptop?

 

Definitely a driver issue then rather than a settings issue. As @Prostar Computer have asked, what model do you have?

 

My laptop is P650RP6-G. I think i had this issue earlier when i bought my pc, but i re-installed OS like 2 or 3 times because i was facing some bsod and it was solved.
I have SB software installed just to improve the sound quality, i never use effects or custom profiles, and the sound is good now.. not weird anymore. But i sitll get the error when i open the software, so something is wrong..

I dont need any other software.. the sound is working great and i always try to keep my pc as clean as possible. I just would like to know why i get this error on SB, i can't even uninstall it..

 

You can try rolling back to version 6.0.1.6898 for the Realtek driver.

Which version of Sound Blaster do you currently have?

 

I will try this tomorrow. I have the latest version, 1.00.18.

 

I just reinstalled the realtek driver and everything is working fine now, i can open and use SB with no problems.

Yesterday i was facing the same problem and i could fix SB error with a driver update for Realtek, but the sound on headphones keeps really weird with echo and i think right headphone is louder. Also my Playback tab is different since last time i had this problem, now i have that "2nd output" and there's no sound at all if i choose Realtek Digital Output. https://imgur.com/a/V8hQgBD
I tried 3 different Realtek drivers but the problem is still there.

Try clearing off any audio effects.

That error occurs when the Realtek driver you have installed isn't enabled to support the SBX Connect software. You either need to use the OEM drivers from Clevo, or use J95's packages for Clevo machines.

Here you will see all the releases for the P650 series. Audio_180122.zip v6.0.1.8279 is the latest release. 04_SBX.zip is also available there if you wish to reinstall the SB software.

Probably the easiest thing to do is install Obsidian-PC's Toolset and select the P650 series as your laptop.

Install app, then copy license file over to your install location. You can now reliably update your system's components.

Im using Obsidian Tool for almost a year, that's really weird this problem comes from nowhere and the last time i had it a simple re-install of Realtek driver was enough to solve. Latest driver available on OBS app for my laptop is .7930, but now im using .8172 cause i was trying some other versions.
Can any other drivers interfere with audio issues? Like Chipset, etc. i have some out of dated.
There's any proper way to uninstall drivers? I just uninstall them throught Device manager, is that correct?

I can re-install OS, but this is the last option.
