Does anyone know where I can get spare parts for CLEVO W370ET? I'm located in Europe.

I specifically need the top cover (behind LCD) and the main cover (the one with keyboard etc).

Golden Star service centers don't usually work with end-users directly, but it's worth a shot.

You can try independent sellers (eBay, Aliexpress, etc.) for parts or complete systems being sold for parts, might have more luck there.

Both UK and Germany clevo center were willing to give me a deal on a mainboard. So they do work with normal users.

All the service centers are here. As @Danishblunt says, the UK and DE ones will definitely sell direct to members of the public, but you need to be specific about what parts you need. You're after an a-cover and c-cover, but sometimes if you don't specify that you need the fingerpring reader of touchpad for example they'll send you a c-cover without touchpad. Best to check the service manual and check the exact part numbers to be on the safe side. The service centers will also generally do the repair for you if you need.

Can confirm this, they are very clear about wanting partnumbers etc. They will likely ask you to provide it.

Yes, goldenstar DE said they no longer have parts for my model. I'll try with the UK one. Thanks all for the help.

We work fairly close with the U.S branch, and they just about deal exclusively with resellers. Good to know that end-users have access to them on the other side of the globe! Good luck @coldpumpkin
