    Still use built in mic if i purchase X-fi notebook card?

    I am sorry if this is a really dumb question...

    I was just thinking of ordering the X-FI notebook sound card, cause...well i am sitting home bored right now..

    I use Vent alot, and if I put this card in will I still be able ot use the notebooks built in mic? Or will i then have to use a a plug in mic??

    In built mic will still work fine

    I have the x-fi xteme audio notebook and sometimes use the inbuilt mic while having the speakers plugged into the x-fi

    btw for multiplayer gaming i would recommend a bluetooth headset like Dell BH-200! AWESOME sound + it has a mic too! :D

    EDIT - Oh and btw u get a set of Creative earphones with inbuilt mic along with the Creative X-Fi soundcard!! :D
