Is there any way to stop my hard drive and wifi lights from blinking? It's distracting. Such a simple question but google didn't help too much, maybe I wasn't the right phrases or something.

    Thanks everyone

Strange thing to ask. I suppose you could just tape over the lights, you wouldn't see them then.
It's blinking because the computer is always doing something, virus scan, defrag etc.

They are blinking to let you know your laptop is doing something. If you don't want them, you'd probably have to tape over them, as Tmets said.
