I just uninstalled 12.11 beta11 and 12.11 cap2 and tried 13.1 whql. No problem showed up in the installment. But when I reboot, I find one "High Definition Audio Controller" is disabled ( there are 3 this device in total) in the Device Management. I reboot again and this time everything is OK. But I just played Far cry 3 and when I exit, it is disabled again.

I go back to 12.11 beta 11 now, this problem disappears.

Does anyone meet the same problem.

Driver conflict. After installing the 13.1, re-install the driver for your RealTek audio (uninstall the current driver first). If it continues, try updating your chipset driver as well.
