I have a sager p170-sm and this morning I turned on my laptop and it was working just fine. I closed the lid to put it in sleep mode then went to open it up again and it must have restarted because it would turn on and the caps, scroll, num lock buttons all flashes 4 times. So I pulled out everything; ram, hard drives, CD drive and reseated everything and went to go turn it back on and same issue. What can I do to fix this problem because I googled everything but can't find the actual issue with it

    Specs
    CPU_Haswell i7 4710mq
    GPU_nvidia gtx 965m
    Windows 10

Try taking out the battery and removing AC power for 30+ seconds to clear the EC.

Try booting it without the battery.

Try booting with only one stick of RAM at a time.

    Try powering on without drives.

That's usually the sign of a faulty main board. Any change in behavior with the GPU removed? Do you have another CPU to test?

Sadly no spare cpu laying around..at least of the same socket type and I honestly think that's my problem too but I don't want to buy a new cpu to find out the mobo is dead

Dead motherboard or GPU... more likely to be motherboard but try booting without the GPU... The GPU might be dead and causing the failure in booting... if so, you have an easy fix of buying a new GPU...

The EC will freak out and the fans will likely rev up with a system alarm, but if you get a display then it's a fair bet that the GPU is at fault.
