Ok. I let my reseller install my nvidia drivers and uninstall amd drivers. But just for safety, I downloaded driver sweeper and I noticed I have a driver called AMD Display. What is that? Am I supposed to remove it? Or will my screen up?

Ok, I select all and pressed "clean". The "files" are now gone, but the registry files are still there and wont go away. Is this bad?

If you don't run in to any problems, don't worry about it.
