Alright, I'm not particularly UNHAPPY with the keyboard on the M860TU, but I thought this might be an interesting project for me to play around with.

What I want to do is of course, to switch out the original keyboard for a different style keyboard (particularly one with spaced out keys ala macbook or vaio). What I want to know is, what are my constraints? Are interfaces (the actual plug) the same on most laptops? Is form factor a major problem? (i.e. I can't sand it down to make it fit).

As well, can anyone point me to a link where I would be able to purchase a laptop keyboard.

    Thanks in advance

Not happening mate. Return it if your that unhappy. Interfaces are different so is the form factor between every manufacturer and make.
