I just did a clean install of Windows 10 on my P150hm following the guide on this forum and have installed all of the latest drivers. For some reason my touchpad functions but the two finger scroll does not work, nor do any of the other functions beyond pointing and clicking. I've downloaded the latest driver directly from the synaptics website but even after installing it the touchpad doesn't show up in device manager (it just shows ps/2 mouse). There are no touchpad settings available in the control panel so I'm a bit stumped. Thanks in advance for the help!

Usually the touchpad settings are under the "Mouse" settings in the Hardware and Sound options. There should be a tab for synaptics in there, with advanced options to enable different settings like that. Did you try downloading the drivers directly from Clevo's site (or from who you purchased the computer from)?

There is no tab for synaptics under mouse settings unfortunately, just buttons, pointers, pointer options, and hardware. I tried downloading the drivers from both the synaptics site and the clevo site with no success either way.

With there being no official Windows 10 driver support for the HM series, you might not ever get full functionality. Some problems can be remedied with a BIOS update if you're not current, but again, because of how old your model is, this may not apply.

Thanks for the advice, I was afraid of that! I should note that before the clean install I had an upgrade installation, and the touchpad seemed to work fine then. If I were more savvy with registry edits I'm sure I could figure out a way to do it, otherwise I suppose I can just use my plug and play mouse :)

Oh? That's interesting! Sometimes Windows 8 drivers work fine in Win 10, but that seems to be less often the case with Win 7 drivers. I suppose getting it to work again would require some play with the driver data.

Is the touchpad really a Synaptics? Many Clevos are using ELAN iirc.
