Another guy over at reddit pointed out - System76 to me earlier today. I checked but didn't see it in the reseller sticky.

It looks like the Serval and Gazelle are Clevo's- though they come preloaded with Ubuntu and all open source software. Has anyone seen these guys before? I hadn't heard of them and was amused with how it came up (I suggested Sagers to someone looking for a gaming laptop- this guy counters with "I've always had System 76 Servals and liked them. I had to point out that the Serval looked like a Clevo to me).

If I'm not mistaken, they ARE Clevo's correct?

In any case, it'd be a nice seller for those looking to get Ubuntu instead of Windows, since you can get it preinstalled (and obviously, at no charge).

If im not severly mistaken here, System76 also offers full support for their preinstalled Ubuntu.
And judging by looking at the screenies it must be the 15.6" inch Clevo.

I should have clarified. It looked like the Gazelle = 8130 P151HM1 and the Serval = 8150 P150HM.

Looks like a good option for anyone that wants Ubuntu and support for it.

avadirect.com and clevo.fr also offer linux / ubuntu pre-installed, but no explicit support.

If you aren't afraid of command line, Ubuntu forums are the best place for support.
