This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    THOUGHT I now have stuck pixels, but...

    there seems to be a glitch in Adobe's Lightroom3, that when I display a photo in the "lights out" mode, createss a prominent white spot outside the area of the photos, ie, the black background area. I was afraid that I'd gotten a stuck pixel. To be sure, I closed the app back to the desktop which has a black background. I moved all the icons in that area of the screen, and to my amazement and delight, there is no white spot. I then opened Excel and highlighted the visible area and changed cell format to black background. Again, no white spot. WHEW!!! :) Guess there's no need for me to call in to Sager to complain... LOL!!
