I just discovered another hidden keyboard shortcut on my Clevo P157SM (Sager NP8255-S): Press Fn+1 (number 1 on the main keyboard) to toggle forcing the fans to run at full speed. It gets noisy, but if you're worried about thermals, it's nice to know that you can make the fans run at max whenever you feel it's necessary. This shortcut, as I've found, also applies to several other Clevo systems built by Sager.

While we're at it, I think we should have a sticky thread for all of the hidden keyboard shortcuts found on Sager/Clevo systems. This info might be useful to someone...

its the same as the HM series. last years EM series does not have this and then they add it again to the SM series.

all the shortcuts are in the user manual for each model.

These shortcuts are not specified in any of the documentation supplied with my computer. (Did learn that USB sleep-and-charge can be toggled by pressing Fn+Power, though that doesn't seem to work.)

I think there are better ways to control thermals. Besides, on mine even with Fn+1 my GPU can hit 93C. So I use Nvidia Inspecter to set the top GPU temps.

I am using XMG P503, it seems that it does not have the Fn+1 key fan control. How do I enable it ?
