Why ? It's only setting tjmax, i want to it a bit lower then it is right now.
At this moment temp can get as high as 100 *C and i want it around 90, that's it.
I changed paste , no difference in temp.
And please i don't write that it's ok for cpu to have 100 *C.

ah, now i understand ur issue better :)

in your case i would recommend undervolting instead of changing the TjMax. the former will give u lower temps at identical performance (potentially even more performance, since u seem to be throttling now), the latter will further decrease performance due to a lower set throttle point...

try -50 mV on Vcore, that should do the trick without hampering with stability :)

I have done it already . It does lower the temps but sometimes i get freeze frames that's why i thought about Tj Max

TJmax being higher let's you turbo higher for longer when at the thermal limit by raising that limit. It's going to hurt stability allowing it to get hotter rather than help usually.

freeze frames meaning lags or system freeze? if the latter then ur undervolt is unstable. if the former then ur system is bottlenecked somewhere performance wise.

Not with an attitude like that. You are someone who has an issue asking the wrong question and people are trying to get to the source of the issue but you are being difficult and focusing on the wrong issue.

Tjmax is a universal system setting and is not unique to laptops so the basics are covered by a google search.

It's not a lever you pull to impact stuttering.

I only get stuttering when i undervolt ...
I'm not looking for a help with diagnostics, i only want to know how should i set my Tj Max to get a result that i want. Nothing more nothing less.

I appreciate that people try to help me, but i only need an answer to my question, suggestions that has nothing to do with my question aren't needed.

Tjmax is not going to help stuttering when undervolting.

What undervolting method are you using? How much have you undervolted?

You don't even understand what im writting...

I know now how to change my Tjmax.

values are in DTS. I had it set to 2 witch means 98*. Now i have it at 10 = 90*.

    Easy. Problem Solved

    Bye

Yeah, your CPU now throttles at lower temperatures, this would not impact stuttering.
