I finally bought a 1080P tv to hook up to my M860 TU. I hooked it up via the HDMI cable, everything looks great. Except... there's no sound.

I have the 9800GT video card. I'm wondering if/how I get the sound to come through the TV speakers instead of the notebook speakers.

Go to Sound in the Control Panel -> switch the default device to Realtek Digital Output.

Thanks, that was easy.. I had tried switched to it from the sound icon bottom right but it didn't do anything.

    Anyways, works now, that's awesome.

I made the same mistake the first time I connected my M86 to an HDTV via HDMI.
