HWMonitor is very popular as well, its like hwinfo64 as jaybee83 mentioned but just for temps instead of telling what the rest if your system info.

Is there by chance an alternative to GPU-z? I can't get it to work correctly. It freezes on the tech power up logo on the desktop whenever I try to start it. Occasionally it will go into the program after about 15 minutes of hanging but then it gives incorrect information for the 7970m. I've tried installing, uninstalling, turning off the firewall and AV but I can't find a solution. Thanks for any help.

This picture is the screen it hangs on. If the actual monitor comes up again I'll get a screenshot of that also.

I got a similar problem with GPU-Z. It hung up for a while on me as well, but then finally started. It starts okay now, but it looks incorrect information wise:

I tried CPUID, but it only shows info for the integrated GPU:

I setup Diablo 3 for High performance and ran it but taking a look at these while running resulted in no change. Not sure what I am doing wrong . . .

EDIT: I got Afterburner to work okay. It seems to recognize everything okay and displays temps for me, so at least that is working . . .

I use Rivatuner. But really only because it works with my one of my Windows 7 gadgets
