This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Just a word to all the people who write on this forum a big thanks, i've been doing research on what laptop to buy for a little more than a month now and finally ordered the Sager np5793 last week from Xoticpc, in big part due to all that i've read over here. I am now into the agonising phase of waiting for it to be build and arrive in Quebec, Canada.... Even if i'm almost 40years old why do we guys go back to being like 12years old a couple of days before christmas when waiting for a new toy ? Hehehe :D

    Again many thanks to all that write in here, reviews, answer questions and so on, this is a great forum.

    Yea man...the anxiety kicks in when you've ordered and you're awaiting the arrival of the product(s) in question. No matter how old you are you'll feel that way once you're an enthusiast. :cool:

    Congrats on the machine, and great choice. If the NP5793 was as nicely priced when I was in the market for a notebook, I might be typing on it now.
