Well its been a long time but here I am again.

Anyway I bought a Sager 5792 back in, oh well coming on 4 years ago? (Specs in my sig) Always kept it nice and its still running great, but I am thinking it may be soon time to buy a new system.

IS sager still the best? What should I be looking at that is the comparable system to what my Sager 5792 was back in the day?

    Can I sell my 5792?

    Thanks.

    Yes.

Look at the Clevo Guide in my sig.

And you can certainly try. There's an NBR Marketplace around here.

Without knowing your budget, is it safe to assume you'd still want the 17" form factor? If that's the case the P170HM is probably the best mainstream laptop for you. On the low end, the 560m is the cheapest graphics option, while the high end would be the 6990, which is probably the best you can do in terms of price/performance.

If you want an absolute beast, the x7200 is also 17", though it offers SLI/Crossfire and the price differential is much higher :D
