    For 8800MGTX

    It is currently 178.13
Trust me - If you haven't updated for a while go to laptopvideo2go.com and get

    http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=20760

You will see temps drop (Mine by 10'C) 3Dmark scores improvement (mine by 300-400 pts) IQ improvement, and with PhysX some really nice effects in PhysX enabled games.

check the change-log as well marked improvements of up to 15% in many games (over 175.xx drivers)

    ENJOY!

p.s. there is a new driver 178.24 that is exactly the same except it is now WHQL certified*
(*although some have reported issues installing 178.24 at Laptopvideo2go so you can just stick with 178.13 if you want, I am anyway!)

Agreed... I used these drivers also and I noticed a boost in performance and I have not had any problems with them.

    Hi,

for me this driver was also good but 178.15 is far better. I scored best 3D Mark06 score with T9300 10368 (GPU OC 600 1500 950) and best Crysis built in GPU benchmark 1900x1200 21.54 fps avg. all high. :)

Yes! 178.15 is also quite good. It is basically 178.13 with like 1 added feature for SLI or something I think.

p.s. Nirvana thanks for rep are you really banned?

p.p.s would people like me to post maybe once a month my opinion of the best driver and comparable 3dmark scores etc?? is this helpful?
