I just don't need all the power this thing has as I just don't use it so I was thinking of selling it so I could get something that is a bit more portable with better battery life. SLI 7950GTX? Hmm, you could get quite a decent price for it, considering it has 3 years of warranty ...
I`d say go for 1800$ and up. Maybe start a bid, and see how far it`ll take you, on eBay.

Not worth it? LOL. Just because Rambo29 sold his cheap it doesn`t mean he should too.
It`s still a very powerful system, and the cards are = 1 8800M GTX in power, so 2000$ would be closer to it, since he has a 3 year warranty.
The system originally must`ve costed over 3000$ , so in 1 year , cutting out 1000$ sounds more like it.

Thats a very low-ball estimate. In parts its even worth more than that.

I sold my Sager 5760 with similar specs as above except 120GB HDD,T7200 and 1 yr warranty for 1100.So I think a 1600-1800 is fair.

And very fishy that your selling a 9262 with a lower processor and 1x8800 and just one HDD, 1 year warranty for 1950 :p

So someone with an equal or better system is selling it, its worth 1600-1800 but when your selling your system its worth 1950?

    Thats odd.

Rambo has a 8800MGTX, whereas Rugby-Lock has 2 7950GTX in SLi. Selling them would be close to 1 8800M GTX in price.
To each their own , I guess.
But I stand behind what I said, 1800 in the worst case.

I missed that part of sli 7950GTX.I thought it was only 1x7950.My old 5760 with single 7950GTX fetched me only 1100.With sli I dnt know. It can fetch more if thr GPU can be replaced with 8800GTX.

I will leave that to experts, choice.

But from what I have seen always, supply doesn't affect price much.if there is a demand for your system,it will be sold for what you ask for or it won't be.

Rambo's system is the newer revision and the 8800GTX is also DX10 capable.
I bought one of Rambo's 9262's and it was barely used, no scratches or optical imperfections whatsoever.
It even had all of its original factory scratchguards still on and most of the components were still sealed.
He could've sold it to someone as brand new and nobody would've even noticed that it has been used.
If you're upgrading the system to SLI later it will also be clearly faster than SLI 7950GTX's.
There are lots of people who would pay more for a newer revision system that is in nearly factory new condition! Me included!

I get them from a guy who most probably works in Clevo.

The first one was a 5760 with 7950GTX which I sold to get a 8800gtx.Then i bought one and that one was sold to Chris. Then i bought the last 2 and one id for Armagaddon.I am debating on the last one :)

It's not a loss and ther's a slight profit for all those too.
