Thumbs up for Powernotebooks

Hi,

I've been lurking around this forum for a while as I was researching my next laptop. I ended up choosing the Sager 8130 for its quality, decent battery life, mobility, and longevity.

I am writing this mainly because of my positive experience I've had dealing with Powernotebooks when I ordered my Sager. I know that it can be a difficult task picking the correct reseller, and I am very happy that I chose powernotebooks. I am sure that there are many other reputable resellers that are very good as well. However, I'd like to give a thumbs up to Donald and powernotebooks. They really do well with customer service and keep you informed throughout the process. The ship times are pretty good if you live in California as I do; 2 days from sager and 2 days from powernotebooks. Also, they go out of their way to accommodate you which is always a big plus.

I ordered on the April 10 and I will be receiving my Sager on April 28.

Anyhow, if you're looking for a great reseller, and you're on the west coast, take a look at the nevada based powernotebooks.

 

Yep! They are very friendly and helpful, and they try to give you a call if they need your attention instead of sending e-mails. Oh but they are very responsive in answering e-mails too.

To OP: I'm pretty sure you will like your laptop from them

 

I just got my 8170 from them last week. They seem to be a real stand up company. First impression has me feeling assured that if anything were to happen to my laptop during the warranty period, I'll be taken care of.
