Just wondering if you guys could tell me what your idle clocks are with any 310 series driver from nvidia.

-
It's 405, bugged, and Nvidia already stated they could reproduce it (lol) and are resolving it.
-
Sirana where they state that? Also other people please reply too.
-
It usually is 135, so it is definately bugged. I got a PM from ManuelG @Guru3D saying
-
I didnt even check idle clocks, because performance was so terrible. I probably have to install them again anyway in order to play AC3. I'll get back to you then

310.61 @ 135/324
-
so what driver are you guys using:
-
well my idle clock is 405 aswell, does anyone know what effect that has on battery life?
-
@crosslimit : Obviously the card is draining more power since it runs at a higher clock speed. Should not have a huge effect but expect a couple of minutes less. -
310.54 beta
current clock 719mhz until i open steam and it drops to 405 and memory clock drops from 1800mhz to 324mhz and this is before i even go into a game. -
Just downgrade to 306.97... that's the one I am going to use until they release the official driver.
-
no good for me as thats what i had loaded on release day of blops2 and it would load but kept not responding. this driver has solved that problem and game has been fine ever since.

Can I have users provide me with the MSI Afterburner log and screenshot in battery mode and power mode on your laptop? You can email it to [email protected].
To those with 680M
