the threshold is somewhere near 190 for the cpu and gpu....however id say safe temps are 75c and below, or about 165 f and below..your hdd1 seems a little hot at 132..
do you have a laptop cooler?
if not i suggest the nzxt cryo unless u have already looked at it.

Your CPU and HDD1 are running quite warm, especially since all the minimum temperatures are in the 50's. Are these temperatures from right after gaming, or while idling?

While idling, my CPU stays in the 25-30C range, according to Hardware Monitor. Using CoreTemp, the CPU is reportedly in the 28-35C range while idling. My hard drive, using Hardware Monitor as well, stays pretty stable, between 28-31C even during extended file transfers.

woahh. I saw this and I had to comment. I have a desktop but... my HDD never goes about 80F and my cpu(only e4600) is 27C on full load. I do have 4x120mm fans and 2x140 fans but I'm using the stock intel cpu cooler

my problem is my room is constantly hot - so i have had to force off the heating and where my desk is close to the the radiator that might have something to do with it and i have had it on for 12+ hours straight

temps look fine to me. :)

You can toggle the fans to max speed if you are worried.

I am in a hot room as well (hot day today in my area).. no air conditioning. :(

My GPU temps are higher than normal... wish I had the D901C cooling.

    dont you have a q6600?

at least mine did when i had it it in for testing.

yeah i have q6600, i just wanted to check
but my temps didnt change much after 6+ hours straight of gaming on Left 4 Dead after i looked at Hardware Monitor
when ever i have my laptop on i have the fans on Max :)
would it be okay to leave a laptop on all night? i have a lot of rendering work of Videos and several 3ds max as well as other rendering work to do, would it be okay to leave the laptop on all night rendering or doing other work with Fans on max
