I discoverd that when i connect my lan cable while i am working on battery mood my touchpad not work the driver icon on try may show that i am touching it while i am not.
1- if i conect charger it may do well or i must restart to go well.
2- if i put my laptop on some thing not horizontal or make it something tilted it dose well
3- if i reomve lan cable it dose well.
i tried to setup lastest driver but no respone only resolved if i am useing charger or make it tilted in any direction or remove the cable.
is this a hardware ot software problem??

Welcome to the NBR forums. :)

    That sounds very odd.

    How old is your notebook?
    - your HDD might be going bad since you said it needs to be very horizontal.

You might want to do the following tests:

HDD: go to START > RUN > type: CMD and press Enter
    - then in command prompt, type: CHKDSK C: /F
    - say yes and restart to let windows scan your HDD for errors

B: go get MemTest86+ and extract it to get an ISO
    - use your favorite CD/DVD burning software (like Nero) and burn the image onto a blank CD
    - then restart your computer with the disc inside to let Memtest autoboot in order to test your memory
.... Note: you might have to set your CD/DVD drive to be the first device to boot, over you HDD.
