The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Does anyone know how to get this to work with Firefox 12? Or even update the version that is shipped with the laptop (version 5.2.0.642)? I have protector suite installed on my old m1530 that I bought and that still doesn't work with Firefox 12 either.

    After speaking with AuthenTec they told me to contact Clevo or buy their premium product.... I love the product, but seriously why am I buying more software to get something to work with a brand new laptop?

    Shouldn't this support be included? I can understand 2 year old program no longer being supported, but not this.

    anyone have ideas or suggestions if clevo or sager will provide updated versions of this to work with firefox? it works with IE, but seriously who uses the virus browser?
