Hi. Just got my NP9150 in and trying to swap the default HDD with an SSD, and put the HDD into the optical bay slot. (I chose the no optical bay just HD caddy option)

I was able to switch the primary HDD with the SSD, but now I can't figure out how to access the optical drive bay. The plate doesn't seem to come off...can anyone point me in the right direction? (if you have pictures that would be great)

    Thanks.

Many people dont think to look there. You should also have a copy on the drivers disc that came with the computer.

Thanks to MrDJ for that. :)

Removal and replacement is pretty simple. If you're putting a HDD in there, note in the back of your mind a potential problem that some have run into when installing it. Some caddies come already modified to circumvent this little problem. :)
