    alright I got my tracking number for my NP5790 about 2 days ago and the ETA was tommrow, August 2nd,2007 but I just checked right now and it says out to delivery but the ETA is still August 2nd, is this correct?

    If it says out for delivery, it's basically pretty assured that you will receive the notebook today.

    UPS's tracking site isn't best known for speedy updates.

    Typically, if the status is out to delivery then it means you should be getting it sometime today - at least that's my experience with UPS deliveries in my suburb (Illinois).

    Congratulations! Post pics for us deprived folks.

    In my experience, I've seen UPS deliver packages earlier than estimated delivery date. Fedex, on the other hand....has always delivered the day they state on their website.

    Voodoofreak, I've had numerous experiences with FedEx delivering earlier than expected. Last such occurrence happened today: a package I sent was delivered one day early. Maybe I'm just lucky. :)
