    Easy fix.

    1) Disable Capslock, your text doesn't read nicely.
    2) On a serious note, your CPU fan is not properly plugged into the motherboard. It might be because the plug got loose. I had your symptoms before too and found the CPU fan to be the culprit, but it might as well be a GPU fan being lose.

Ensure your fans are spinning, and check your paste on both the CPU and GPU; you may need to reapply the thermal compound.

The EC (firmware that looks after fans and such) is panicking, this can happen due to high temperatures or not reading the fan.

Note that spinning the fan using compressed air can damage the fan header (especially when you do it in reverse) so always keep the fan still. This is because a fan made to rotate is acting as a generator.

It might be worth opening up and checking that the fans are properly connected, and maybe just checking that everything else in the system is seated properly as well (like the ram for example).

If you do need help with anything, feel free to reach out to me. Just let me know your order number and I'll be glad to help out.

Ty for all the replies guys.Actually i tried rotating the fan manually, first it was very tight and it went smoothly from then, after this i started my laptop and it is functioning normally.I think when the cpu fan got over spun bearings got out of position and when i started rotating the fan manually it reseted its position to normal.Sorry for bad english.Ty all

Maybe you had some hair or something caught in it? Bad bearings would come back pretty quickly.

Definitely keep an eye on the fans, and if they start to act odd or make noises, you might need to check them again or possibly look at getting a replacement to avoid it altogether.

Have you tried contacting the seller where you got the computer at all for assistance or to see if you can do a repair? If you have tried all of this (cleaning, repasting, making sure everything is seated, checking fans are okay, etc...) you might have some kind of defective part. What all have you done so far?

Honestly, simply open the backside of the notebook and turn it on. If the fans are spinning and it still beeps, you may have (as pat said) a hardware defect. Chances are good though that one fan doesn't spin, then just plug the connector in properly.

Sorry guys let me elaborate a bit more.

When I turn on the laptop, it starts beeping with the fans blasting at fully speed. So from this, it's definitely not a fan issue as they are working.

After about a 30 seconds to a minute, the laptop shuts off on its own.

    Things I've done:
-Removed any dust from both the gpu and cpu fans
    -reseated ram
    -reseated SSD and hard drive
    -removed battery to reset EC
-reset the CMOS and BIOS by unplugging the motherboard battery

Dumb question, but did you see both fans actually spin? Maybe only 1 is spinning at full speed? I just ask because I had the exact same symptoms. Windows booted fine, despite the BIOS beeps, but after some time the notebook shut off. In my case it must have been an automatic caution mechanism because the mobo realises one fan is not working.

I just checked to see if both fans are spinning and they are. Both the CPU and GPU fans spin at full speed as soon as the beeping goes on which is about 5 seconds into turning my laptop on.

I've noticed that the discrete GPU led light turns on right as I turn on the laptop, meaning that the discrete GPU (970m in this case) is in use. Could that mean anything?

It usually is on until windows loads, some sensor is not reporting most likely either due to faulty cable or bad chip. If it were me I would do a total teardown and rebuild of the machine but if it's under warranty it's time to go back for repair.

I'm having exactly the same issue with a P650SE.

-Turn on the machine, CPU and GPU fans are spinning at 100% speed and constant beeping. Here is a short video. Any recommendations?

Have you tried re-seating everything? If so then it's time to book in an RMA.

Yup done all that. The company I purchased it from went bust and no IT place in the area so I can't really take it in anywhere (It's out of warranty anyway and I'm well versed in repairing). Generally speaking however, is it a mainboard fault or the CPU/GPU fan sensors not working correctly?

Any way to fix it without replacing the entire board? Replace parts (soldering) from a donor board, etc?

It really depends, it's a vastly complex board. I would start with the CPU power circuitry and go from there.

Well, when the 980M cards died in the Sky X9 review machine and @ssj92 980M cards in his Sky X9 it had the same failure to POST with beeping behavior. Could very well be a dead GPU. I am not familiar with your model and not sure whether it has Opticrap Optimus, but you could see if it will boot and run from the iGPU if it does. If not, maybe borrow a MXM card to see if it will boot OK. Hopefully, all you need is a replacement GPU.

It's a BGA laptop so tough luck! This is why you don't buy BGA and not enough warranty!

What GPU do you have? Is it an 800 or 900 series? I don't believe that the 900 series needs the v1 BIOS, only the 800 series.

@i_pk_pjers_i @ZeroX03 I'm currently using GTX980M on p15sm-a from clevo. And i'm getting the same problem what exactly zerox03 had before after updating bios to premamod v2. I'm experiencing unplayable shuttering from the all games after all. I tried re-installing both intel HD graphics and Nvidia driver. Not worked. Maybe is it cause of my laptop's optimus system? I don't know any of this.. I even pulled out coin cell battery from my laptop for resetting bios and EC firmware and it didn't work at all. and I also give a try re-updating my current bios(premamod v2) to official bios from clevo. and it didn't work either. My laptop had GTX870M before and i upgraded it to GTX980M. Please help me. if you know anything.
and sorry about my english this isn't my first language.

So you have a 980m? As far as I know, the issue is only with the 800 series.

@i_pk_pjers_i I don't know much about 800 series. and there are not many people are still using p15sm-a within gtx980m
I just hope premamod v1 would fix this problem. cause this all happens after i upgraded my original clevo bios to premamod v2

To be honest, I'm not entirely sure if you even can downgrade to v1, even if you can I'm pretty sure it's risky but I'm not 100% sure on that.

@i_pk_pjers_i Yeah I already reset my bios. I pulled out coin cell battery under the keyboard already. But @Neto82 fixed this problem after he downgraded his bios from v2 to v1. and @ZeroX03 gave him a premamod v1.

I just don't think it's a wide-spread issue, the last time I checked my P157SM-A with a 980m and Prema v2 BIOS, I wasn't having any issues with frame drops, at least I don't think I was. I don't have my P157SM-A with me to check, but when I get home in a week, I will certainly be testing to see if I get any FPS drops, both when recording and when not recording. I'll post in this thread with my results.

I checked my gpu using gpu-z and I see whole green field in Perfcap Reason it says it's Pwr.

It's a P157SM-A, so yes. I don't remember any issues with gaming but I will do a lot of testing in a week and let you all know.

I just saw that edit, if it's saying Pwr, that means you are hitting the power target... is your laptop plugged in? How are your temps? Honestly, perf cap reasons may not be an issue on their own and may not be relevant at all.

And yeah. I'm using 240w psu from dell adapter which customized one. and it is always plugged in.

Edit : I forgot to say thanks to @i_pk_pjers_i
