    Hello,

I have been having a terrible time trying to get my iphone to charge it just connects disconnects connects disconnects over and over and over, I looked on google and there are other people with this problem but I wasn't able to find a solution that works, I was just wondering if anyone else who has ever had this problem found a way to fix this? Thanks guys

Have you tried a different cable?

Does it work fine over the AC adapter?

Any deformities in either port or the connector etc?

Have you tried any other USB devices in the same port to verify its not the port itself.

Have you tried a charge only cable (no sync)?

Might have to do with the cable. I had a similar problem with my phone (android though) and using the cable that came with it fixed it.

Could be a lot of things though. I'd trying switching ports and cables until you can find a combo that works, then work backwards from there.

Yes I have tried diff ports and like 6 diff cables on one of the USB ports it disconnects and reconnects over and over but not as often as other USB ports it's very annoying out of all the cables I have bought to try and solve this problem one will work for about 30 min then it will disconnect and reconnect and it does this over and over every 20-30min so I guess that's better than doing it nonstop over and over like the other cables do I just don't understand what's causing this??? Thx for the replay guys!

Check ' Device Manager' -> USB hubs -> ' Power Management':

Also, verify ' USB selective suspend' settings in ' Power Options':
