I'm looking for advice as to the method to use to get Beryl up and running on my laptop. I tried the NVIDIA beta driver method described here:
    http://wiki.beryl-project.org/wiki/Install/Ubuntu/Edgy/nVIDIA

However, I seemed to get some graphic anomalies and instability after installing those drivers. Couple that with never seeming to actually get Beryl to load (I saw the icon for it, but never saw any of the effects), and I'd say something didn't work right. Is that the method I should be using w/ my setup (GeForce Go 7950 GTX)? Or would I be better off with either the XGL or AIGLX routes?

I'll be doing a complete reinstall of Ubuntu, starting from scratch (due to reinstalling Windows... long story, but at least that's working perfectly now), so I figured this is the best time to try to figure out which procedure to take.

    Thanks in advance...
