Was a fun and exciting moment for me! All in all the Sager was boxed really well and while it isn't packed like an Alienware I'm feel absolutely comfortable with how it was shipped. All in all my initial impressions are very good. While not the same quality as Im used to it still feels more then up to the task I have set for it over the next 3 or so years. This rig is made of plastic but has surprised me at how well its built.

Having used it as my primary computer all weekend I must say Im quite impressed so far. The only thing I need to do is get used to the keyboard and get a bag and I'm set. Extremely happy with my purchase right now!:thumbsup:

    Nice video and congrats!!

I believe the foam thing that you mention at 2:05 is probably the spacers for the HDD bay. The HDD bay fits 9.5 mm drives, so 7mm drives will need those spacers to fill in the gap.

I figured it was something. Eitherway Im glad I finally bought from a company that gives you what you need for extra HDD. Dell used to only ship with HDD cages if you got one from the factory making me have to hunt one down on ebay.

Thanks! Still upset at the alienware because it had a very nice feel to it. But I am very glad I went a different route this time.

The 14 always seems to be the forgotten child, they should axe it and do a proper 15" one really, but that's off topic, you're like a kid in a candy store :D

Thanks for taking the effort to do this ! I wonder why Sager's boxing hasn't changed in 6 years... I love Sager, but their box is always just meh.

It really does. Feels almost like the m11x was in that it could have been so much better but was always an afterthought. Honestly even with my good vision I just dont find gaming on anything smaller then 15in as enjoyable as it should be. Granted I still have fun but having the image be that much bigger is definitely a huge bonus to comfort.

Well don't fix what isn't broken I say.

My days of small laptop gaming are over. I dont even know if id entertain the idea of a thin and light convertible.

The 20nm version of the 860M will be very compelling IMO.
